With 92 inches of pizza preparation space as well as an ample amount of refrigerated storage space, FOOD SMITH'S refrigerated pizza prep table is perfect for restaurants, cafés, and pizzerias. Access a range of toppings and pizza fixings easily thanks to 12 convenient pan inserts located right at your fingertips. The inserts can accommodate 12 one-third size pans and can be used to hold fresh tomato sauce, herbs, grated cheese, and any other meats and vegetables required to make all your signature pizzas.

Lots Storage and Preparation Space

This prep table features a large 19.5-inch deep and 0.6-inch thick full-length cutting board that provides you with an exceptional amount of space for creating any size pizza.

A spacious refrigerated cabinet is located right below the prep table where you can store extra stock of all your ingredients. It features 24.2 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space and keeps everything inside at food safe temperatures, between 0.5°C and 5°C (33°F and 41°F), until you’re ready to use them. Three adjustable PVC coated wire shelves are included inside the cooler and each have a load capacity of up to 61.7 pounds (28 kg).

High Quality and Efficient Design

This pizza prep table is cooled using the environmentally friendly and extremely efficient R290 hydro-carbon refrigerant and is equipped with an easy-to-use digital temperature controller. Both the interior and exterior are constructed out of stainless steel, except for the aluminum back. All of the refrigerator’s doors are self closing but also boast a stay-open feature over 90 degrees to help with loading and unloading large quantities of food and ingredients.
