This Zymi SDS10A roller cover is an essential part of your dough sheeter and necessary for proper operation. This cover fits over the only roller on S12S units and the bottom roller on S12D units, and prevents anything aside from delicious dough from entering the rollers. If the roller cover on your unit is damaged be sure to replace it promptly.
